Check out this AMAZING trailer for Brian Dannelly’s Struck by Lightning starring (wait for it…) Chris Colfer.  It seems that our favorite Golden Globe winning glittery NYADA finalist got himself a feature, and it looks awesome! The film is about a high school kid who recounts the way he blackmailed his classmates into contributing to his literary magazine—it’s got a kinda Election vibe to it. Not only are we excited to see Colfer, Rebel Wilson, and Allison Janney costar, but this looks like low-budget filmmaking at it’s best. If done right, this could be an indie classic!

No release date yet, but probably some time this year. We’ll keep ya posted!
